I understand your concern but your Phal looks find 😉. If you don't want to see the air roots getting dry you can always place a bit of sphagnum moss on top and keep it nearly moist. (But not overwatering the rests of the plant or roost)

Hi Jennanotar... I've merged your threads. An excerpt from the RULES & GUIDELINES

• Only Post a Thread in One Place
Please only post a thread in one place. If you can't decide where then just pick one and don't worry if it's the wrong one. If you post multiple times, a conversation can become splintered and people replying may not have seen the existing replies in the other thread(s). If the moderators believe this is happening, the two versions may be merged. If you post something then decide it's in the wrong place, or you are not getting many answers and think more people may see it somewhere else, then ask a moderator/admin to move it for you.

And I agree with those who said medium looks too dry. Always try to soak medium before repotting. Soaking it next few times when watering as ES says should get the medium up to speed.

I could be not remembering correctly, but I don't think members can delete a thread once posted. You can edit your own comments anywhere, right down to the point of leaving no verbiage there. If you double post, or decide you'd rather have it in a different section, ask a moderator to assist. We're happy to help.

I think you may be right ES - I can't see an option to delete.
