Large Paphiopedilum with almost no roots, what should I do?

Maybe I'm especially unlucky, but from 7 plants I bought online this year only 3 were really healthy and beautiful. I just bought another paph from a German grower and I got such a beautiful shiny plant... I'll stick to known growers, what to do.
