Do you check the moisture inside the pot before you water? The top dries out much faster than the inside of the pot. I see you're working on a two layer potting situation. So this may be flipped (top drying much alower than inside the pot amd if this is the case, the roots wont wamt to go down into the bark.) Do you think you can remove the moss now and just use the bark potting mix? How do you water it when you water it? Do you drench it or soak it or just mist the top?

Agnes -
Orchids teach patience - new roots will develop over a period or weeks or months, not days. So pot into fresh medium, keep the humidity up, and let the plant grow at its own slow pace.
