Default More Strange Spots - Chlorotic? On a Miltonidium.

I purchased a Mtdm. Pacific Paragon 'Maillot Jaune' about a month ago and noticed recently these lighter colored dots all over the leaves on the newest growth. I guess they look like Chlorotic spots, they are lighter green but not clear, no halo or dark spot. They are within the leaf, not raised or sunken or anything, and show through on both sides of the leaf. They are not on the older leaves, just the newest and did seem to appear after I moved it into more sun, eastern on a screen porch in the morning. Does this look like anything specific to anyone? I haven't found pics of the same looking on the web yet, which means I maybe just haven't found them yet of course. I have checked extensively for bugs and can find no indication of any at all. Nothing else around it has these spots or any signs of bus either. It appears to be part of the leaf cell through, not like anything sucked or munched it.

Thanks!
