Default Treatment for newcomer from Trader Joes?

TJ is a dangerous place: This on orchid attached itself to me and followed me home, but once I got home I noticed some marks on the leaves so now i'm wondering if it's something I need to treat/isolate etc.
Any ideas are welcome.
Here are the pictures

I was thinking something like draconyl or thiomyl (latter just came in the mail)? Or is this kind of stuff just normal for this orchid?

Those are mostly scratches and bruises. Plants at markets, or in your home, almost never will have infections. The relative humidity is too low. Daconyl and Thiomyl are highly toxic. I would never use them on plants that stay inside my house. Fungicides do not each treat all fungi; best not to use them at all unless you know which fungus is present, and you know the fungicide you have is effective against that fungus.

This is a new acquisition so I don’t know how it was being grown prior to arriving at my home yesterday.

Also, most disease complexes appear to have multiple treatments and many treatments cover multiple infections. Since I’m not a lab and am not made of $$$ I will never know which particular fungus if it is one for every mark I find on a plant 🤷🏻*♀️
Folks usually treat for “this most likely is” and “this most looks/sounds like”

In my opinion it's almost certainly not an infection. I would not treat it with anything.
