Im pretty sure it was mites. I had them in the past, that plant I noticed it on them 1st with the webbing before the damage. I should have sprayed a 2nd time a week after but I thought I got them all. Plant appears to be recovering but I did have to remove that leaf.

Just found some active mites on a spatchla dendrobium. I did not see that many but there was a fair amount of damage. Pretty sure these were false spider mites this time. There was no webbing Im going to have to take plants out of greenhouse and clean in there really well and do what I need to do to get rid of these buggers.
