What disease is this on my phalaenopsis?
Question What disease is this on my phalaenopsis?

I’ve had these orchids for nearly 10 years and they’ve always been happy but these bumps appeared about 6 months ago. Not sure if this is relevant but this is also the first year that I didn't repot them since I got them.

Apart from these bumps they also seem to have a sticky substance on the leaves and have been very slow to bloom this year. Normally they stay in bloom for a long time with lots of flowers.

I keep them by a big window in the bathroom and they have always been happy till now. Any idea what it is?

Brown scale.

Their shells protect them from most topical insecticides, so a systemic or translaminar one is best for eradicating them.

3 thorough treatments at 1-week intervals.

Thanks. Should I repot them now or after the treatment? Will repoting help with bugs?

The best time to repot is when the plant is producing new roots. That is unrelated to the insect infestation.

You almost certainly have scale on all your other house plants. Get out a magnifying glass and take a look.
