Default Cattleya leaves damaged

I can’t figure out what’s going on with several of my cattleyas. It’s not spider mites, nothing rubs off, it’s more in dented. I don’t see any other sign of pests. In my searching, one thing that came up was mesophyll cell collapse, But I don’t think my conditions are right for that. Thoughts?

I read that cell collapse was due to cold temperatures, which is not a problem. I grow indoors under lights, fan running 24/7, current temp is 82°, humidity 65%. I did recently learn that I was not giving my orchids enough calcium or magnesium, working on fixing that. I use jacks 20-20-20, weekly weakly, except once a month pure water, once a month liquid kelp

I water at the soil/orchiata level, although I also mist once a day. Watering is generally once a week

It seems that most of the markings are just salts left after water evaporation. You haven't answered my question...are the markings dry?

Yes, you're right. I'm the one who says sorry.

I'm afraid I can't tell you a possible cause but if they are dry then I wouldn't worry about it.

The photos are somewhat blurry. This could be old mealybug or scale damage. Did you have those problems in the past? Cockroach, snail, slug or cricket damage also causes pitting. See the recent thread here on leaf damage, from tmoney.
