I just found many of those bugs in the saucer of one of my orchids. Sorry for the bad picture, they are difficult to shoot since they are very small and move relatively fast. I believe they are springtails and harmless to the plant. Do you concur?

I can't tell from the photo, but that sounds like their appearance.
