I think in general probiotics are a good idea. The State Highway Department uses them on all freeway plantings here.
Oh wow I didn’t know that! How interesting!
I hope these pictures are a little better?

I would suspect damage from a sucking insect before my mind would jump to fungus. Especially if the marks don't change as time goes on. By accident, I bumped the bottom of a phal leaf with the tip of a push pin (no significant damage to the leaf) and it resulted in a yellowed spot on the top of the leaf.

If you don't see any pests right now it could be a rogue loner got into the room at some point, tasted a few plants, and left.

Ooooohh! I have seen a couple flying insects. Don’t see them now, but I did see a few at one point. That would make sense! Should I do anything??

Aside from keeping an eye out for pests, no.

Over the last decade, I have regularly applied a plant probiotic. Here is an article about their functionality.

The quality ones contain a wide variety of microbes that predate pathogens, secrete antibiotics, and can stimulate growth. The one I am using now (and sell) also contains bacteria that photosynthesize and fix nitrogen, meaning that they can produce fuel and fertilizer from right within the plant. My plants simply don’t get infections.

If you go the probiotic route, you cannot use disinfectants, and they will kill the microbes.
I finally did it! I bought the probiotic and kelpak. 🤞 keeping my fingers crossed that this will give them all a nice kick in the pants! Er plants 🪴
