Looks like I'll be breaking out some beer brewing equipment from storage! Smaller quantities better? I could do a half gallon at a time, that would hold me over a while I'd think. I've done a lot of yeast growing but this type of "brewing" is a little different.

A type of natural clay. Some use it as a supplement (drink small amounts), sometimes in a mask. I used it for years in koi ponds.

Phosphoric acid, aka aquarium pH down. I'll adjust the finished solution down to the same pH as the Innocucor before adding it.

if i don't want to monitor the ph i can simply mix and wait two weeks and it will have settled correct?

c'mon, chemists....are you really going to make me risk the virus to go and get PH strips???
lol
i have had this sitting in the brewer in my garage (75 degrees all the time) and its been 3 weeks....is it safe to use or should i go and get strips?
also, I wanted recommendations to store the new soup...any thoughts? i figured opacity and air tightness were paramount.

DC - this isn't a matter of anything settling, the microbes need time to reproduce and populate the volume to the original concentration.
I noticed that I did not start getting an alcohol scent until at least three or four weeks after blending.
Cool and dark are the keys to storage.

I should have said stabilize rather than settle.
"When the pH is stable for a few days, it’s ready to use at the original dose. Note that cooler temperatures will slow the process while warmer conditions will accelerate it. "
mine has a slight scent of "prison wine" and the little spots but i didn't want to botch it with bad PH
