Gongora sp. - possible bufonia?
Gongora sp. (bufonia?) - it's from Ecuagenera & it was purchased as Gongora rufescens which I believe is not correct looking at the Google pics. First time blooming.

To my eye it does look more like bufonia than rufescens.

Like a moth to a flame,I'm drawn to species that hang over the edge and have a small Cirrhea just starting to spike. Have read that they grow like Gongoras and yours is quite nice. Both very eye-catching!

Not rufescens. I agree with Subrosa, when comparing your excellent photos to the picture library of Dr. Gerlach from Munich, bufonia is the best match.
But I am not an expert.
Congrats to such a wonderful species.
