Default Orchid Book

Thought I would mention this, I was browsing on my tablet looking for orchid books and found a free Orchid Book in the google play store.

It is called: Orchids: Their culture and management with descriptions by William Watson, William Jackson Bean

It's 690 pages long but I'm sure it's full of good info. I just started reading it tonight and figured I would pass it on to anyone who was looking for a book or any kind of info.

Wow, good find! From the year 1890 yet!

I see it's available in various download formats from archive.org.

I didn't realize it was written in the 1890's!
Makes sense though, they mentioned the importing of orchids with mules!

Cool, thanks for sharing. Quite interesting to read old books and see the perspective of an orchid collector from then.
