granny fell and broke her arm and wrist. got a black eye and looks like she got beat up at walmart on black friday trying to buy a 99 dollar TV...she cant go home bec she cant take care of herself. The skilled nursing facility shes in now is quite disturbing to say the least. Ugly and nasty looking.
Mom and Dad spent all week in the hospital with her till my dad came down sick. Went to the Dr.. and he got sent to the E.R. with a collapsed lung. Further inspection showed he has cancer. Not just any cancer but Mesothelioma. Ya he got a 2nd opinion and the Dr said he was quite surprised bec its very rare these days. And why is it rare? Bec most who have had it are dead already. No cure for it only has hopes of controlling it with chemo.
We have started a product liability suit against the protective gear manufacturers whose claims were proven to be false. The Mesothelioma Fund you see as advertised on TV is broke and there is no 18 billion trust. Its BS as we found out. The family is all included in the suit bec we all have been exposed by secondary means. I.E brought it home in the hair and on the body etc etc..Not to mention our clothes were all washed in the same machines.
Now I just sit back and wait to get paid.. or sick too...
