I agree you got the wrong plant and it's not a samsera cross.

I just noticed it was a samera blue x yaphon bluebird you ordered.
That is a nice cross, I've got one myself and I wouldn't call any difficult or easy but it is in my recovery lot, had it for a year and it will be another year minimum before it will flower as it didn't have many roots to start with. I would guess as it is so new they would have all been imported.
If I had the choice to order the same again I would go for a Phalaenopsis Purple Martin. It's also a lovely cross and your chances of getting a healthy plant should "in theory" be a bit better but it is pot luck sometimes
