You may also want to try a Brassia. Brassia verrucosa is strongly fragrant, I used to have one that would fill the whole house with it's smell. I have a Brassia Datacosa 'Coos Bay' AM/AOS blooming now that is almost as good as it's verrucosa parent. I also love Edvah Loo 'Nishida' HCC/AOS, it isn't as strong as some others, but it reminds me of pumpkin pie, which is nature's perfect food.

In my old os a number of members referred to Sharry Baby as "Stinky Baby". They said that especially when in an enclosed vehicle (on the way to a show) they found it necessary to roll down the windows ... the scent was literally nauseating. That said, I always had trouble getting the stupid thing to bloom. Finally last winter, noticed it had somehow contracted mealy bugs. First time I 've ever had mealies. No other plant had any. I threw it out in the snow. Haven't missed it a bit.

Haven't noticed any real scent from my Haraella. But it is in a terr and I don't go sticking my head in the tank just to try to smell it.

Ctna Maui Maid 'Lea' X 'December Bride' was my favorite white minicatt. Very nice scent. Had it for years then lost it. *sigh* Haven't seen that particular cross again.
