looking at some of my photos, I wonder if Ros. schlieperianum is involved... especially the long spike (where some of the others are more bushy)

The flowers are fading now. One month flowering + the time before I bought it. That's pretty good.

Now I'll have to find a cool place in the garden, protected from rain. Fingers crossed!
