Miltassia C.M. Fitch 'Izumi' care

Several months ago I bought this orchid. It was outside in a small summer orchid house with partial sun. In September It was moved inside the orchid area. Under light at the edge of the cats 15 hours per day. Day temps 65°+, night temps 55°. Watered twice a week. Humidity now around 55% and hard to get higher although I spray the cement floor daily to keep it as high as I can. It has a few small outer yellow leaves. That’s it. I’ve seen absolutely no growth. What can anyone tell me about this particular orchid and it’s needs. It’s the only one I have like this. If it is close to a miltonia you should know that I seem unable to grow them and have killed several trying. When I purchase this plant I didn’t think about the similar name.
