Great series! I like the Fly Amanita. I've been wanting to ask you, what lens do you take with you on these trips?

I usually carry a camera bag that has extra space in the top for some food and a pocket for a water bottle. With it I carry most of my lenses and other equipment as well as an extra camera body. For macro work I use a Canon 100mm f2.8, for landscapes I generally use my Canon 18-135mm f3.5 and I always have along a 50mm f1.8 and an L series 70-300mm f4 and small tripod. The bag, if I'm carrying one camera and no food and water, weighs 17 lbs. With a full water bottle, some food and both cameras it weighs over 20 lbs.

Now that's what I call hiking!
Thanks, I was interested in the size lens for your landscape photos.
