A miniature plant with lots of flower power. It doesn't jump out at you, the flowers don't contrast much with the leaves, at least to human eyes - to a pollinator, no doubt much more visible. But look carefully, and this is a flowering machine.

I grow this outside (summer highs around 90 deg F - 32 deg C, winter lows around 40 deg F- 4 deg C). It gets daily watering with RO water. On hot days with low humidity, it will get a second watering (along with the rest of the mounted plants)

There IS a red form (which I'd love to get my hands on) However, this one probably would not be happy in Florida, relatively high elevation, likes cool. Hey, none of us can grow EVERYTHING... at least without going to a bunch of trouble and expense....

you are a saint, Dolly!

i actually did decide against a purchase the other day because of your comment, i was literally saying, this is one of those purchases that should not be tipping the scales against the BBQ

Truth is if we all added up those little things: A trip to Starbucks, a bag of dark chocolate, a new orchid, etc. We could probably afford more essential things. (Telling on myself.)

(I realized how selfish I was last year when my husband got a "new" car. My truck was paid for and I was drooling over a new one. So, I suggested he get a rental...no deals...I stayed out of his deal. He ended up with something I won't even drive. No frills. Now he says I wish I had got___. Well, if I got a new truck, you could have had all those frills.)

Hijacked.
