I did, I did see something, but I can't tell the difference between a leaf and a sheath on a Paph.

Me either! When a growth appears along the outside of a Paph, it is a vegetative growth. When something occurs inside the fan could be either. |

Tin, if you look closely at the third pictrue I put in my above post, you can see tiny little hairs on the edges of the bud. If it were a leaf, they wouldn't be there (I don't think so, anyway  )
Take another look at yours when you get the chance  |

I took a closer look at yours and mine. Yours is fat at the base and loaded with bristles. Mine is naked and thin. However, the basal leaves on mine have bristles. Oh well, I guess I'm getting a new leaf instead. Better than nothing.

Looks like a leaf to me, mainly because it looks like a fold, there doesn't seem to be any forming bud in it..
But I could be wrong, as we can only see an angle of it from here |

Wow, flowers buds everywhere, you guys/gals are good! Unfortunately, mine isn't doing anything at the moment except thinking 'will I, or won't I'.  Oh well, none of my paphs are growing much right now due to the cooler, darker weather, so guess I shouldn't complain.
Btw, you should be able to feel a tiny round bump in the sheath if there's a bud in there, but it's still possible to blast them. |
