Thanks for the welcome Cheryl and sorry Marco for calling you Glen. I will be using this broad quite often cause I have another problem with my vanda. Half the leaves fell off when my father in-law cut off all the living roots. We'll see how that will do in a few weeks. Thanks Marco for the info. is there an address to the orchid society in Nassau? Not sure if am able to make it to the next meeting but I'll see how things go.

Hey Patricia it's ok. I have directions, the directions Karen gave me, but not an address. Glen Decker will be in from piping rock next week, on thursday, to speak so if your into paphs or phrags it'll be great to listen to him. He should be starting at 8pm. If you give me your email address ill forward you the directions Karen gave to me.

As for the Vanda problem. I don't know much about vandas cept that they need a lot of light. Although, I'm pretty sure cutting off living roots is not good. I'm sure theres people here that's have more knowledge on vandas.

Cheryl, yup unfortunately. But as soon as I'm done with this stupid test, like I told people in the chat room, I'm going to pick myself up a multigrowth paph. sanderianum .

(i love the icons. i can't get over them )

Hello Patricia, welcome to the OB!
I am sure you will enjoy all that we have to offer - lots of very knowledgeable people with a wide range of plants and growing conditions.

Great avatar, BTW.
