Just in case anyone is interested to see the waterfall used in filming the Lord of the Rings or the gorge of the two towers or just the wonderful scenery used to make that film, well scratch all that, NZ is not letting in tourists right now so the production will be moved the the boggy marshes of the UK.
The next hot film location. After the newest Mission Impossible and the new Indiana Jones film are being filmed here too the UK is becoming the next top filming destination.

There aren't any waterfalls here but no elves or goblins either which the LOTR has lots of. If my guide had mentioned on the LOTR tour that the next filming location would be back at home round the corner from my house - looking at the beautiful waterfalls they used to film the first ones I would have said he was joking!

There some really pretty waterfalls in the UK. It was only a day trip to several close to where I used to live.
High Force
Catrigg Force
Aira Force
Gaping Gill
Hardraw Force was featured in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves as was Sycamore Gap on Hadrian's Wall and Aysgarth Falls.

Shadeflower- when I lived in England (almost 60 years ago!), I was quite near Pinewood Studios, where a lot of big films were- and still are staged, including James Bond

My next door neighbor was the head cameraman for “Cleopatra”.

I've just spoken with Kevin Western this afternoon.
He doesn't export to NZ, said its just too hard. When asked about nurseries he mentioned Tuckers.
Please let us know how you go getting more plants.

15 movies are being filmed or have just finished filming in Australia, from
Furiosa, the prequel to Mad Max (Chris Hemsworth)
Thor, again Chris H,
Elvis, Tom Hanks,
Blacklight (Liam Neeson) where Canberra doubles for Washington DC.
Another Chris H movie Escape from Spiderhead
Ticket to Paradise George Clooney and Julia Roberts.
Etc etc.

Hi!

Yeah, our biosecurity is super strict, I've bought some orchids from Tuckers before, they have some pretty orchids!

I mostly get orchids from people who sell online via sites like TradeMe haha, I barely ever see any catasetums though
