Default ID this spidery orchid at Lowes?

My Lowes finally has some orchids in other than phals. Too bad all their tags are missing! It's got a very peppery fragrance. Anyone know?

Well, yes and no, sort of. Definitely not a Brassia species or purely Brassia hybrid. Could be a Bratonia (Brassia x Miltonia, formerly known as Miltassia), but this is probably an Aliceara (Brassia x Miltonia x Oncidium). Making a definite ID of a hybrid is often not possible, but I'll do some looking and see if I can suggest something. General care instructions for Oncidium intergeneric hybrids are easily found, and appropriate for this.

Obviously with no ID it will always be a NoID...

That said, it looks very similar to an Alcra. Pacific Nova that I bought a few months ago - you can see a pic of it in my plant list, I believe.

I can't comment about the smell - mine dropped it's flowers a few days after I brought it home and I never detected a smell.
