Need Help With Name Please

I have had this orchid for at least five years and it has never bloomed for a various number of reasons including mice eating the buds, a fungus attack etc. I have never been able to find any information on this plant anywhere.
The tag is labeled Psv. Coral Drop Utuado (Psh. cochleata x B. nodosa). I think we are all pretty familiar with the parent plants but what does the hybrid look like. I would appreciate any information or pictures.
