I recently buy one orchid but I don't know the name, thats why I'm here to ask for your help to identify it and if you can share information about its care I would appreciate it a lot! <3

I share some pictures.

Thank you so much! and have a lovely day

Welcome!

The photos of the flowers are not very clear. Just looking at the plant (no leaves, flowers coming from the tips of the bare pseudobulbs/canes), I suspect that it is some sort of Dendrobium. There are many of these, mostly coming from higher elevations in the Himalaya area and southeast Asia. Closer (and sharper) photos of the flowers might help. If it a species from the Americas, then I have no idea, again a closer look at the flowers would help. I can't tell from the photo if you have some leaves. If so, photos showing them better might also help. (It looks like you may have scale on them... something that you need to treat no matter what kind of orchid, they suck the juices - and life - out of plants.

Does the seller know anything about it?

Welcome to the Orchid Board!

The scale insects are the white fuzzy dots. They will kill the plant. You can spray it with 70% alcohol to kill the adults. They might come back from eggs.

Hey Roberta, thank you so much.
I will treat the scale asap, because I think the orchid looks bad. I didn't noticed that it was in bad state when I bought it, and the seller didn't know the name or id of the orchid. Just told me to water it once a week and to try to keep it moist.
I will take care and keep an eye on it to see if it can get better, thank you so much.

It looks very dehydrated, too. This can be due to the scale, or not being watered enough (once a week may not be sufficient) or bad roots so that it can't take up water. You may want to take it out of the pot and look at the roots to see their condition - whether too much water (rotted roots) or not enough.

Welcome aboard Medule!

When you say "collect them" do you mean collect as in collection or collect them in the wild?

Check the roots sounds a good idea, I'll definitely do it. And yes, I thought that watering only once a week would not be enough. I'm treating the scale with a mixture of 1 L of water, 2 tbsp of baby oil and 2 drops of dish soap.
And tomorrow I'll check the roots to see if they are dehydrated or rotted, to know what are the next steps.

Thanks you! It's a pleasure and really exciting to join the community, to learn and to see too much passion for the orchid world.

I meant that I'm starting my collection
Sorry, I'm from México, maybe its a vocabulary gap haha and I'm not using the words correctly.
