Default please identify

can you please identify this one for me. it has tiny fragrant white flowers but its not doing well. How can I pot or mount it?

I live almost on the equator. cool when rainy and hot when sunny. Temperature ranges from 16C lowest to 32C mostly. the place is ideal for most orchids

if you have spots that are part shaded i would mount it and hang it
