Default microcoelia lost tag.....need help from those with better eye and more knowledge

in a windstorm last week a rack fell over and i lost two tags...one from a leptotes bicolor that is easy to ID as i only have the one and the other is this microcoelia

i have only pics from this years flowers but last year it was more white. I will just label it microcoelia sp if no one is confident...thanks in advance

Not familiar with that one. My Microcoelia stolzii is getting ready to bloom, but it is pure white, flowers closer together. Definitely not that one. Maybe browse through the photos on IOSPE and see if anything matches.

i did the ISOPE route-- a few close but nothing on point.


they have a FEW species with no pic and that is unusual.

i have a stolzii as well and you are right, def not that


i see M. cornuta is close but the color is off and same with M. konduensis

could be cultural?

Color could be somewhat variable... not only culture, but variation within a species is also possible... a single example often doesn't tell the whole story. Don't suppose you keep records of what you have so that you could use process of elimination???
