Lol. It does look similar to mine only mine has been in bad shape after some scale infestation but it still bloomed for me. Mine is bifoliate though I think. It's definitely a hybrid... that's what makes identification fairly impossible - there are so many hybrids that look similar. Given the complexity of years and many generations of Cattleya breeding, there are just too many variables. Yours has a subtle flare on the petals, but that still isn't enough to get an ID. So just enjoy.
