Default My first Phals are getting ready to bloom

This is the first time I've gotten these Phals to bloom. In fact, it's the first time I've gotten *any* orchid to bloom. So as you can imagine, I am a little excited.

And yes, I know, they haven't bloomed yet. You're right. I don't care, lol. They have gotten this far and already exceeded my expectations, so anything after this is pure bonus. They're not going to be anything amazing, but...since it's the first time *I've* done it...it's a big deal.

It feels very good! And it is most definitely a result of having found this message board. Thank you for all your help, Orchid Board!

Phal 1 Whole plant

Phal 1 Buds

Phal 2 buds

Isn't it fun even though I have gotten several to bloom it is still very exiting as I have also killed several even after I got them to bloom it never gets old.

But I am still blooming some I have never gotten to bloom yet. I am so trying to take better care of my orchids.

Wow, I hope that the lucky person who receives them appreciates what they're getting! Very sorry to hear that you can't keep them.

Well would you look at that. Four months from nub, to spike, to bud, to bloom. What an amazing feeling!

And just in time, I'm moving tomorrow!

Thank you, sincerely, Orchid Board cast and crew!
