Phalenopsis Noid blooming like crazy!

Hi there

My sister gave me this orchid from a wellknown British supermarket three years ago and it is now on its fifth spike. The last two have been multibranched and it is heaving its way out of a large pot about 6inches across. While I'm very pleased, should I repot it or let it have a rest? I feed alternate feeds with Chempak ordchid food and it sits in my east facing kithcen window. As soon as one spike finishes another appears.

Also can anyone put a name to it for me, please?
