They were bare-root for a while but should recover. Pot in medium bark, or something similar. Water by soaking in a bowl of water for a few hours. Note how heavy the pot is when you remove it. Repeat when the pot becomes considerably lighter.
It would be best to keep them as warm and humid as you can to get them re-established. Treatment with a root stimulator like Kelpak would help.
