Default Sun Damage or Pest

I recently moved all my phals to a receive more light. I initially though these spots were sun damage but now not sure.
This is a picture of the plant and the 2 spots, front and back.
Any info or what it could be and if I need to do anything. The rest of the orchids right beside this one show no similar signs. Thank you for any input Melanie

Everything about orchids takes time, so...wait and see! It looks like at least one of the spots is from mechanical damage (like getting a bruise, except it won't go away), but see if the others develop further - larger, squishy, etc - they look stable to me now.

I have plants that I've received from others that have significant damage on old growths, but any new growth has been flawless. Annoying and unsightly, but they'll outgrow it eventually!

Looks like physical damage that has gotten infected.

If the damage continues to expand, cut off the leaf inside the damaged area and using a q-tip, dab cinnamon powder on the wound, being careful to avoid getting it on the roots.

Now that I think about it, the new spot I moved my orchids to is shared with kitties looking out the window. They can get very excited when they see birds so these may very well be physical damage from the kitties. Thank you so much for your input.

To tell if a spot is spreading, draw a circle around it with a Sharpie. Then you can evaluate it with more certainty.
