Default phal with crowded roots

No name phal from big box store. With huge bloom - potted in bark mix - and the roots are packed at the bottom - looks like there is nowhere to go but up. All the roots appear to be very healthy.
Would you repot? If so, go up 1 size pot?
Thanks!

I'd do just that. Phals can take repotting with or without spikes/buds/blooms being there.
