Default Lightheads: Rate these

I found() some fixtures at work and the boss says I can have them. They are Beghelli Illumina 100LED80W.
Industrial grade 80w LED.

Im going to move some stuff back inside on racks when it gets hot and I got rid of all my lights 1st time I moved. twas a Bunch of junk from Home Depot. Got all rusted and crappy looking.

anyway Im going to take a few of these home. We had a bunch left over from construction and our building is going all LED everywhere we can. We are' LEED Silver Award Certified GREEN'

Curious as to how you think these will work or overkill. The biggest trouble I had indoors with the lights is the heat from them. These run way cool.

There is a .pdf with the specs that I really dont understand and maybe you can assist me in understanding them.

http://www.beghelliusa.com/downloads...-gen3-spec.pdf

heh corrosion flame and tamper resistant!!! for orchids!

and FYI all the 'made in china' LED units we had all went bad in less than year. Where multiple LEDS were used in the lights they started to burn up one at a time. Till they were out. Others the power supplies burned up. We were told we had dirty power and this was burning them up. We conditioned the electricity at the transformers and it made no difference. So dirty power wasnt the problem. Im staying away from 'made in china' as much as I can. Of course, I go to Wal-Mart and come out empty handed. Why I go there

You are lucky, it seems to have pretty decent efficiency (87-92lm/W)! 50W 3500K model would be very good, but I checked the price (>$400). It is fairly pricy for 50W (and for the performance), but you got it free!

ciphering the UPC code these are the 4100 color. Cool white not warm white.
How did you find the price? I was all over Beghelli site and half of it is vendor log in only. Looks like these as a group are not for sale to the general public I.E. got to to thru the vendor or contractor.

thanks

4100 K is a very clean white, not warm or cold. Your plants will do well with these. Great find!
