Newest mount - Angraecum diderii
I received this awhile back and have been busy acclimating it to my growing conditions. Just mounted it two days ago. (I know WaterWitchin will approve )

Looks great, the way you wrapped the roots looks very natural. My mounted didieri loves its new digs, I’m sure yours will too

Sweet mount. Mine bloomed this spring with a 2nd bud starting but I used twine, I know, ugly, but I'm learning. I learn a lot from great pictures like yours. Thanks.

Once it attaches to the mount, you can remove the strings, but do give it a chance to establish for a couple of years. I use nylon monofilament fish line like DOM does, which blends in and is easy to use. And cheap and available.

Thank you for the advice. I've had it for almost 3 years, bought it as a seedling, so it's very well attached but I was worried about cutting the ties that bind it. It'll look so much better as the string is grotty. I'm off to do some snipping.
