Unfortunately, free operations in Russia are only for Russian citizens However, there are cheaper lenses, but they do not allow you to see close up without glasses, the best model of them is IQ from Alcon. About $ 700 per operation in our clinic. I would gladly do a free operation, but in conditions greenhouses are just a reclination of a cataract, without an artificial lens, like Johann Sebastian Bach.

Oh Good GRIEF Akhenaten!! Let's not compare Bach's eye surgery to my upcoming one! I prefer to live through it... and I'm already anxious and chicken enough as it is!

Don't worry
be happy!
A modern operation takes 10-15 minutes. Under local anesthesia. Practically painless.

Whoah!

This just keeps getting better and better! What bug in this world is small enough for this flower to be bait for?

This is the full disclosure of the bud
It is not pollinated by insects This plant is pollinated by wading birds The size of the flower is one inch

Knowledge of the laws of quantum mechanics is extremely important in our hobby In particular, the law of quantum superposition Without basic knowledge that everything is relative and, in principle, uncertain, I would not buy orchids on all continents Let me remind the essence of a thought experiment with Schrödinger's cat:

A cat is placed in a steel box along with a Geiger counter, a vial of poison, a hammer, and a radioactive substance. When the radioactive substance decays, the Geiger detects it and triggers the hammer to release the poison, which subsequently kills the cat. The radioactive decay is a random process, and there is no way to predict when it will happen. Physicists say the atom exists in a state known as a superposition—both decayed and not decayed at the same time.
Until the box is opened, an observer doesn't know whether the cat is alive or dead—because the cat's fate is intrinsically tied to whether or not the atom has decayed and the cat would, as Schrödinger put it, be "living and dead ... in equal parts" until it is observed.
In other words, until the box was opened, the cat's state is completely unknown and therefore, the cat is considered to be both alive and dead at the same time until it is observed.

Each of us received and waited for his cat Schrödinger

Today I got two Schrödinger's cats at once

First cat . Lepanthes matamorosii . Sent to me on May 26th. 23 days of delivery

Lepanthes matamorosii survived 23 days in a package

Cat number two Utricularia nelumbifolia 21 days of delivery.

Is the experiment going on?

Definitely still everything is uncertain

Akhenaten, you made me laugh so much! (Yes, inspired my "inner geek"...great illustrations! Fond memories of physics classes...)
It is truly amazing that those plants appear to have survived their long journey... may the "cats" continue to live!
