Den. Starbright Corona X Den Lynette Banks colours beats expectation
I brought 10 Den. Starbright Corona x Den Lynette Banks at the 7th International Orchid show in New Plymouth in 2013. Expecting the Lynette Banks (Red) to influence to colour. The seller had not seen the plants in flower.
So far three have flowered as you can see in the photos not quite what I expected but very nice all the same. The flowers are slightly bigger than the top of a soft drink can.
As you can see all are different indicating to me that there is some value in having more than one of the same plant unless it has been tissue cultured then they are all likely to be almost the same.

Very nice flowers. I'm not familiar with all the Dens being bred in AU and NZ. How do these stack up against them, quality-wise?
