After three years it bloomed but I'm sad co'z flowers seems to be short lasting.

They are very pretty. The trick to bloom them is to give them a cool and dryish rest.
Mine can withstand temps down to 45c in the winter and it blooms without fail every year though a lot later than yours, usually in July. I attribute that to our coolish spring and early summer.
This is one of my favourite plant though the flowers are short lived but mine puts out a few spikes over the course of 1 month.

Those are fantastic. Too bad about their short lifespan, but I think that's fairly typical for the plants from this section of dendrobiums.
