Dendrobium tobaense : advices needed

Hi to all ,

I just opened a flask of dendrobium tobaense. At first, I was thinking that few plants was strating to spoil. But I was wrong and I opened the bottle to early.
After a few days the roots are still ok but the plants don't look so fine. Should I continue to water the entire plants or just the roots ? The plants are under shade, should I leave them there or increase the amount of light ?
What else to do ?Any other advices are welcome too.
