The flower looks like alba at first glance, but there are some very subtle pink tinge in it.





You can see the tips of the petals are lightly marked with pinkish hue.



And the variegation of the leaves are always a big plus.

BTW, variegated moniliformes always put me in a somewhat odd choice....should I keep the plant evergreen so that it can maintain pretty leaves in the expense of flower production? Or should I put the plant in dormancy so that it can produce flowers, possibly costing the leaves in the process?

Lovely plant. I am a fan of the variegated leaves but don’t mess with the natural cycles of you can avoid it. Whatever you are doing seems to be working nicely

Just makes us appreciate it even more when the new growths appear. (Besides, with the deciduous types, "insults" that damage leaves can be forgotten with the new season)
