Just want to show off my new Paphs.

So, I was today I was wandering again. Haha, and I usually end up buying stuff when I do that. But yeah, I went to trader joes, and found out that they have a really good selection of orchids, for good prices too. Better than anywhere else I've been anyways. I found two pretty cool interesting looking orchids which actually we're labeled! They're both Paphs, and they seem to be pretty healthy, so I ended up buying them, they we're $8 each so I didn't think that was too bad. One of them is labeled as (Paph. Supersuk 'Eureka' AM/AOS x Paph. Raisin Pie 'Hsinying') x Sib. (I think that just means it is crossed to another of the same plant?) And the other is labeled Paph. (Makuli-Curtisii)-Maudiae x Paph. Maudiae 'Napa Valley' HCC/AOS x Sib.
So I was told what AM/AOS meant but what does HCC/AOS mean? and also, does anyone know some background info on the Paph. Maudiae 'Napa Valley'? I just thought that was interesting since I live in Napa.

oh, and a couple more things. I was wondering about lighting and watering/fertilizing. If I keep them in about the same light as my phals. will they be good? I read somewhere that they can be sensitive to fertilizer burn. Does that mean I shouldn't fertilize them as often as the other ones?
