Paph. delenatii x Paph. delenatii 'Edwin'

I have a small Paph delenatii in BIG trouble. I bought this chid around 4 months ago, give or take. It was doing fine until about a month ago, when the leaves started to turn yellow, then brown at the tips and spreading down. I have attached a picture of what it looks like as of 10 minutes ago. I think this orchid will not make it. It may have been over-watered. Totally a stupid move on my part. I watered it and forgot to drain the water from the little bowl it sits in. It had several small growths and those have all died. So Paph experts, PLEASE HELP ME!! Is there anything I can do to save this orchid?
