Yeah, too cold.
Your indoor temp is almost ideal though! No wonder! :)

At this moment I'm facing a dilema...I don't water it for 1 and half week because the weather has been rainy, almost no sun and the humidity ranges between 60% and 95%. Plus, the medium seems humid on contact.
The spikes are a litle bigger now, so they're growing.
I'm not sure if I sould water it...I think not.:hmm

What is your paph potted in?
If organix mix like bark or coconut husk chips, going by the weight of the pot is the surest way, at least for me.
When they are wet, they are considerably heavier than when they are dry. Once you get used it, it's fool proof.

Whatever method you use, when you are not sure, always err on the dry side than wet.
Too much moisture in the pot can bring disaster to the roots, but a little bit of dry (even if bone dry for short period) every now and then do not hurt the plants at all, even in spike.

I'm sure you've been doing a great job growing this plant, so you know the watering schedule the best.
With the given weather conditions, I would give probably just a couple more days of break compared to your normal watering frequency.

For comparison, I grow my orchids indoor.
This time of the year, the humidity is rather low, it is between 40%-over 80% if rainy outside. Usually around 50-60.

I grow everything by the window with sheer curtain, so my plants get good light.
Most of my paphs are in bark or coconut husk chip based mix.
I water them about every 3-5 (sometimes I get lazy and go over 7 days but this rarely happens for me)days. Ones in fresh bark mix gets watered more often than the ones in old mix as older mix stays moist longer.
Also, bigger plants with extensive root system also gets watered often.

Good luck!

Fine bark. My intuition tells me to wait a few more days. But since I've been watering it once per week, I'm thinking too strange to be more than this without doing it. But al the evidences are telling me to wait a bit more.

Just to clarify, I'm growing it indoors. The pot is seated inside a tray with water (not in contact with, obviously). Plus, the room where I have it is where I dry my laundry so there's planty of moisture in the air.

Yes, do what you think is the best.
That is usually the best thing to do.

All the best!
