For those of you who would like a small phrag this is a winner when it comes to size.Pic 2 shows a down view into the interesting markings on pouch.Notice the fuzziness of the pouch which is from the schlimii as well as colour.

Nice one Jane. What substrate do you use for this?

What gorgeous color and great pictures. I don't have any Phrags yet but will put this on my wish list. Thanks for sharing.

Tin it's potted in a bark mix.The plant has 2 spikes--not bad for 1st blooming.

Jane, when you say small, how small? What size pot is it in? Leaf span?

Ross-the leaf span on the blooming growths is about 18" from tip to tip which sounds like a lot but they are very thin leaves & arch down.I have 5 growths in a 3 1/2 " square pot & there is loads of room around on all sides-at least an inch & a half on all sides. The blooming spike is 6" high at present & the leaves are only coming up to a 3 1/2 " height before it spiked. The width of the leaves is only 1/2 ".Hope this answers everything.
