Default Phragmipedium QF Aloha

A first-bloom seedling of the cross of Phragmipedium QF Naukana Kealoha x Phragmipedium dalessandroi, acquired from Dave Sorokowsky of Paph Paradise. Just opened, so probably needs a few more days.

really nice looking flower Ray!

do you stake your Paph and Phrag spikes or just let them do their thing?

That plant is only 9" tall, with the spike extending maybe another 6", so the only staking is to stabilize the plant in the pot after loosening in shipping.

Beautiful shape and colour. Pinkish-reds are my favourites.
