I'd guess that the plant is some kind of Grammatophyllum hybrid because of the plant size, the flower coloring & when it's blooming. I don't think there is a species called Gram leopard, so the leopard part is either a Hybrid name (Gram Leopard) or a clonal name ('Leopard'). There is probably Gram scriptum involved.
In any case, judging by the plant size & Gram habits, I doubt that you will have to wait 5-10 years for a rebloom. Given proper conditions, the plant should bloom every year. The plant should be given bright cattleya to vanda light. The root ball will become large, so be sure to plant with very good drainage. There was another recent thread about Gram scriptum.
