That's flowering size. Those temperatures are somewhat low for this plant. They need a completely dry winter to flower. They usually drop all leaves. Put it somewhere as warm as you can keep it, with as much sun as possible. Let the pot go completely dry. Don't begin watering until new growth is well along, or an inflorescence is well on the way. During the growing season it should not get dry, and it would probably prefer being outside in Sacramento, in dappled shade but on the brighter side.
