Default Cym. (Dolly 4N x devonianum)

Here a first bloom seedling in a 4" pot. It has a nice inflorescence presentation, but individual flowers are a bit on the small side. It does have a nicely speckled lip though.

I considered using it for breeding of smaller plants for the hobby grower market, but unless the devonianum was also a 4N, it is actually a 3N plant, and as such useless for breeding.

Do you know who struck the cross Kim? It's unregistered so far as I can tell.

Back in 2018 I bought a lot of plugs from Malika Orchids. Some of that material was their own, some of it was from other sources (I believe that they operate as a contract grower).

Cymbidiums were probably not of their own breeding, but I have not been able to tell where it came from (probably not Orchid People).
