Cymbidium 'Starman' newest leaf on new growth browning from tip down

Hello! 1st time reaching out on this sort of thing, so here goes..

As of June 8th all my of my orchids were put outdoors, in dappled shade. I live in Connecticut. It has been pretty hot, quite humid and rain at least once every day, just about. I noticed the newest leaf on this new growth on my Cymbidium 'Starman' was turning brown, starting at the tip and working down, about a week ago. I used sterilized shears and cut it away, that's why the tip is gone, thinking whatever is happening maybe could be stopped. Well it hasn't stopped. I'm very concerned. Any ideas what is happening to the leaf here? I just took these pictures. Thank you!!
